Finish checkout and equipment returns before the agreed pickup

Count the passengers, suitcases, long ski or snowboard bags and any folded pushchair. Include equipment you bought or hired during the stay. Give packed dimensions and ask whether everything fits while the required seats are occupied; do not rely on a luggage photograph with seats folded down.

Request the appropriate child restraints and explain any assistance needed for boarding. Pack wet boots and clothing so they can be loaded appropriately, and agree any equipment carrier in advance. Separate the 183 km driving reference from your city deadline

The existing directed catalog gives about 183 km and 2 hours 42 minutes of driving between its Bakuriani and Tbilisi reference points. This is a rounded planning estimate, not live traffic, a new OSRM measurement or a guaranteed arrival. Loading, local access, comfort breaks and the actual Tbilisi address are additional planning considerations.

If you have a train, coach or appointment in Tbilisi, provide the exact destination, boarding or reporting requirements and the time you must be there. Include an arrival margin appropriate to that connection. If the real destination is TBS Airport, select the airport and compare that complete route separately; a city drop-off does not include the airport leg or airline procedures.

Compare a direct transfer with the complete shared journey

For shared transport, verify the actual Bakuriani boarding place, date, departure, luggage acceptance and Tbilisi terminal with the operator. Add the trips from your accommodation to boarding and from the final stop to your city address. An official guide’s description of transport from Tbilisi does not establish the reverse service, timetable, fare or a reserved seat.

Do not build a return connection around the Kukushka railway without a direct operator check. The official resort overview describes it, while the winter-planning guide says it is not operating. Its current operation is unverified here. A scenic railway description is not proof that a train will connect with your onward journey.

Compare the same departure plan and confirm the terms

Give each provider the same date, ready-to-leave time, entrance, destination, passengers, restraints, bags and stops. Ask for the complete vehicle amount, currency, payment method, waiting arrangements, cancellation and changes, including what happens if you miss your onward connection. For several collection points or a visit in Borjomi, request the whole itinerary explicitly rather than applying the direct estimate.
